Central Park Hotel & Casino Reviews

This hotel boasts an excellent location with a wealth of amenities nearby. Within walking distance, you'll find two large supermarkets, making daily shopping incredibly convenient. Plus, there are several Chinese supermarkets and various Chinese restaurants in the vicinity, catering perfectly to diverse dining preferences.

The check-in experience was poor. There was not even a hair dryer. When a friend came to visit, they would not let the second person in after registering one person. After a day of playing, several of us came back with no battery on our phones. My friend asked to go to my room to charge it but was not allowed to go in. We could only be received in the lobby. The hygiene was also very poor. There was dirt on the pillow in the room. Because it is a Chinese area, I originally stayed there for convenience, but it turned out to be inconvenient.

It's a shame the receptionists can't speak English...but overall not bad for one night

The hotel is quite old. There is no light switch at the bedside. You have to go to the door to turn off the light. The cleaners come in to clean at 10 am or 5 pm. Otherwise, they are like commandos.

It is a hotel run by Chinese people. There is a person at the front desk who can speak Chinese, and communication is easy. There is a hot water kettle and a hair dryer in the room, which is better than other hotels.

It's OK, worth the price

The decoration is a bit old, but the service is very good

裝修很久 酒店很老了 湊合湊合住 吹風機房間都沒有 還要去前台拿 房間燒水壺都沒有 衹有咖啡機 礦泉水1瓶也都沒有 唯一就是週一華人飯店很多 購物中心離着近

這家店拿來暫時過夜其實還不錯的 前台還是很不錯的 要求退房延遲一小時他們還是願意的 美中不足是客房的設備老舊 衞生不太乾淨
