Enjoyed a nice weekend away,
Lovely Hotel with nice welcoming staff.
Comfortable bed and excellent washroom.
However my seaview room as advertised was only 20% of my view, we had the road that was loud at times and a block of flats to look at.
The decor was abit confusing and played with my tism.
The draught beer was flat and not nice and cold as a pint should be.
These are all little things that didnt make my good weekend perfect 👌

A fantastically located premium hotel qith great staff. Right on the beach with a great terrace and large dining area/bar. Room was very clean and check in was faultless

Visited for a 2 night stay to see friends we were given a spacious room with large bathroom both looked as if they had been recent refurbished. It would have been good to have had some drawers in the bedroom there was ample room. Also in the bathroom a decent shelf to put things on and a SHAVER socket.
All the staff that we met were very pleasant and a special mention to Ali who was really helpful when we called to say we had been delayed
Breakfast was good although it could have been warmer and the service better organised.
Overall we had a pleasant stay and would book again

A little way out of Bexhill town, but not a problem for me.

Nice, if pricey, hotel. Well situated. Good for a short break.
Room would have benefited from a small refrigerator.
Food in restaurant somewhat overpriced but nice enough. As a vegetarian, you would run out of dinner options after 3 days.
Staff very helpful and friendly.
Families were staying here when we were but I'd say more of an adult venue. Not really anything for the children to do so suspect they'd be quickly bored.
Definitely more than the advertised 40 minute walk to Bexhill!

Our double room was comfortable and had every home comfort, although not spacious. From check in to breakfast - service was good, staff friendly. The food was excellent and portions were good - we will return. We have not been back to this hotel since it changed hands, but they have done a good job and the refurbishment has been very tastefully done. The only down side was that the EV charging was out of service with no indication as to when it would be up and running
