The quilts and pillows in the room all smelled moldy. This is the worst hotel in Nepal this time. The location is remote and it is inconvenient to get around the hotel. It is very inconvenient to leave the hotel. All the items provided by the hotel are very expensive, including meals, which are all calculated in US dollars. The hotel front desk reported the price of the entertainment items and then temporarily increased the price. They are very dishonest and treated Chinese tourists differently. In addition to asking for money, they didn't know anything. I had to go out and find other hotels to help book a taxi. It was very frustrating. There were clocks of various countries in the hotel, but there was no Chinese timepiece. However, there were quite a few Chinese tourists before. In the end, they charged twice when checking out, and charged more than 200 US dollars. This hotel is close to the national park, and there are no other options for meals and entertainment. Everyone can avoid this pitfall.

Jungle Villa Resort is stunning. The bungalows are private and luxurious and I loved the little balcony overlooking the river. Every person I encountered at the resort was kind and helpful and made the experience extra wonderful. We loved the river boat ride and the Jeep safari and I especially appreciated the birthday song, bouquet and cake - and a special thank you to the local dancers for adding that into their performance. Thank you so much for the incredible hospitality. I wish we had been able to stay longer! I can’t get over seeing rhinos up close!! Nepal is known for it’s mountains and trekking, but the jungle is just as beautiful and made for such a fun and a unique adventure I won’t soon forget!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Jungle Villa Retreat, a much appreciated finale after trekking to Annapurna Basecamp. Food was great, the staff attentive and kind, and our rooms were spacious, right in front of the river. We even had the chance to sunbathe. Y the pool! Our canoe ride was very interesting, and so was our jeep safari, led by passionate naturalists. We saw many wild animals in these excursions, and even rhinos crossing the river in the evening, whilst having drinks from the resort garden. I would highly recommend this place to those wanting to visit Chitwan.

Great localization on the side of National Park with a wonderful garden. Rooms are big with large beds but because of the climate they are full of saprophytes. Food is acceptable but nothing special. There is a nice outdoor pool that should be mentioned as well.

Treatment to us has been excellent, the staff very professional and very nice as well. The chef is fantastic by preparing delicious food. The guide in the excursion and safari has wide knowledge about the jungle and its animals. The ubication of the resort is perfect to get to know its amazing surroundings. The resort itself has everything to feel comfortable and moreover pretty decorated and all the facilities are also excellent. The manager is very professional and takes care of the guests, good person and very nice, too.

Stay was very nice. All the people are very friendly. Breakfast was not so good. It could be better. Safari was nice. Jeevan took special care to arrange the cultural program. Program was nice. Dinner was nice. Facility is very peaceful and very pleasant on the river bank with bonfire in the evening. The river overlook is nice also. People are very friendly and helpful.

Location is excellent. Traditional cottages... backside river view from cottages... totally feeling of staying within natural atmosphere. lush green area... overall wonderful stay with family jungle safari, digital presentation and cultural show planned so well and executed too... great experience 👍 👌

Spent three nights at the resort. We have been very lucky!! We have seen 4 tigers, 3 slothbears, several rhinos, wildboars, deers and crocodiles plus many birds. The resort lies beautifully by the Rapti river and is very nice. Good rooms and food and very friendly staff. We really had a fantastic stay!
