Totally disappointed with this hotel booking and bad service no one has provided appropriate service. 10 time call than provide toilet, dental kit. Etc. So that i was recommended to you never stayed in this hotel.

The room was ok for the amount i paid, too many small cockroaches in room and washroom. Felt like it was not cleaned since ages.

It was a business trip but room was not proper. Room key was not working every-time to open the room i have to call house keeping to open door.

Good appearance, good location near nil-am bag circle and bus stand, good rooms with lift. Good parking also. Not tried food. Will definitely recommend for others visiting bhavnagar.

I booked suit room but it was like normal room. No suit room feeling dirty smell in bathroom. Leakage of water etc. Break fast quality is average

Bad experience with this hotel. No cleanliness. Bathroom mirror was broken. Food service is not that much good. Need to improve the taste of food.
