Отвратительная женщина на ресепшене , которая ещё плохо понимает английский.
В номере холодно, кондиционер не помогает , в ванной грязь ( унитаз 🤢)
У меня был включен завтрак , но мне сказали завтрак не входит - пока я не показала ваучер , воду в номер не дают , предлагают купить - обычно в Европе вода входит в стоимость номера.
Плюс только : завтрак хороший

Aucune isolation phonique. Des gens qui ne respectent pas le sommeil des voisins , crient et courent sur les coursives jusqu’à 3 heures du matin. Petit déjeuner ou l’on vous propose des charcuteries sans goût, une salade de fruit infecte, et des clients qui parlent beaucoup trop fort. Bien sûr, le personnel n’a aucune expérience et laisse cette cohue infernale. Pour nous cette chaîne était une première expérience. Et elle restera la dernière.

Замечательные приветливые администраторы! Вкусные завтраки ! Одно смущает:( удаленность до гущи событий, автобусная остановка рядом , аэропорт 10 минут пешком . Поэтому слышимость хоть и не таких частых вылетов , но есть. Но я приходила без задних ног:) так что спала как убитая. В целом все понравилось !)) холодильника в номере не было, но ресепшионисты любезно предложили убрать в свой!)

Excellent hôtel que je recommande fortement pour le très bon accueil et son emplacement. Nous choisissons toujours cet hôtel quand on va à biarritz. Parking gratuit appréciable lorsque l'on a une voiture.
