"A very nice hotel that has successfully modernized while preserving the building's style. The room wasn't large but was well-arranged and had a pleasant small balcony. They fell a bit short on trivial details, like the air conditioning only being available upon request and without immediate notification (so you have to sweat a bit first...). Also, the shower gel was so watered down that it was impossible to lather up; thankfully, there was the usual tiny hotel bar of soap as a backup."

"We had amazing experience with Mercure hotels before, as we stayed in Marseille and other cities. But Biarritz Mercure President was perfection choice. We loved the hotel hall, tasty water for guests, nice elevators, we loved our spacious family room with amazing coastal design, great bed and fantastic set of pillows, nuxe refilled products. Good shower flow, good toilet function and nice a/c. We had all we need like safe, kettle, iron, laundry service, ready to help reception. Special thanks for nice breakfast space with terrace and various continental breakfast. Also it’s perfect option for those who rent a car there is indigo parking in few steps, and free parking 500 m walk, as you prefer."

"Fabulous hotel, very friendly staff and they speak excellent English. We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights as it was the venue for our son's wedding. Everything was just perfect. The Château is set in beautiful grounds, the swimming pool has a view over the Pyrenees. It is very peaceful yet within a 10 minute drive of the bustling Biarritz sea front. We fully recommend Château Clair de Lune and will definitely stay there again."
