It felt like motel next to a highway. Reception closes at 7pm so I was a bit rushed to check in quickly. After that the lights are switched off and the hotel basically becomes dark - just like the surroundings. Off season most restaurants are closed.
The room was generally clean but there were little blood stains and spots on the bed linen. The duvet was simply covered by bed linen and it did not feel very hygienic.
Generally I expected more from the property given excellent rankings but maybe I set totally wrong expectations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming hotel in a lovely little town full of character. There was excellent communication with the owners, Francesca and Carlo, prior to our arrival where I specifically requested a quiet room for my missus, and the room was perfect. So much so that we had really calm, peaceful and relaxing rest every night. Breakfast was free and deliciously prepared. We stayed for 5 days and used this as our base with free parking, visiting Florence (via the train), Siena, Bagni San Filippo and Castello di Ama (on Carlo’s recommendation) all within reasonable distance. We would stay again next time we visit this region.

Hotel ben inserito nel panorama di Loro Ciuffenna, proprietari molto gentili, camere pulite e molto confortevoli, con impianto di condizionamento a pavimento che rinfresca benissimo la stanza senza il fastidio dell'aria fredda addosso. Abbiamo passata una notte con cofanetto Smartbox, la cena inclusa non si può scegliere, hanno un menù fisso con antipasto un primo e un dolce, bevande escluse. Consigliato.

Trovato quasi per caso (!!) sono stato strafelice di dormire per due notti in questo posto. I proprietari persone davvero gentili che cercano di metterti a tuo agio. Camere comode, pulite. Davvero consigliato per chi cerca una location pulita, elegante dove poter passare un weekend di fuga da qualche grande città!! Se potrò ci torneerò di sicuro

Ho soggiornato qui una sola notte e la mia esperienza è stata magnifica, sotto tutti i punti di vista.. La dimora si trova al centro di un borgo molto caratteristico nel Valdarno, Loro Ciuffenna, a circa 30 minuti da Arezzo e a pochi km dal paesaggio suggestivo e particolare delle Balze. La dimora è bellissima e ben tenuta, e la mia stanza, Smeraldo, molto pulita e con un arredamento elegante e ricercato. La colazione, ottima e di buona qualità e lo staff molto accogliente e disponibile.. Complimenti!

Nichée dans un adorable petit village toscan, la casa eugenia est une vieille demeure remplie de charme. Tout est beau et raffiné. Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre rouge qui domine la rivière. Cette chambre a un joli salon et tout le confort. L accueil de Francesco est super gentil et personnalisé. Ne pas hésiter à aller dans le resto qui est joint à la chambre d hôtes, un délice

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare durante il periodo di Capodanno, e non avremmo potuto chiedere un'esperienza migliore. Cercavamo un posto tranquillo per una vacanza lenta e rilassante, e lo abbiamo trovato. I proprietari sono una coppia graziosa e molto accogliente. La loro bimba è davvero simpatica e spesso li aiuta alla reception, aggiungendo un tocco di dolcezza. La colazione è stata un vero punto forte: nonostante si debba scegliere la sera prima cosa mangiare, la selezione è ampia e varia. I proprietari ci hanno invitato a non essere timidi e a scegliere tutto ciò che desideravamo, il che ha reso ogni mattina un momento delizioso e personalizzato. Le camere sono confortevoli e ben arredate, creando un ambiente accogliente dove ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. La cura e l'attenzione dei proprietari verso i dettagli si percepiscono in ogni angolo della struttura.
