The Customer Service in this hotel does not exist! The Owner of the hotel Luca is a bully a treat his customers very badly. Very impatient individual and like to shout a lot not only at the guests but also at his own daughter who is helping him to run the business. The room we booked has not been prepared for our arrival. The floor was dirty and dust everywhere. After highlighting the problem, Luca called us stupid. This type of behaviour is unacceptable! You do not call your guests stupid just because you cannot clean your hotel properly. We passed through the restaurant and it was miserable atmosphere too! We moved next morning to another hotel where we stayed in the past years. We did not come to Bibione to experience abuse from the hotel owner! This hotel needs a new owner as the current one does not know how to run a successful business! We will not be using this hotel again in the future as the current owner is a bully!

Ho soggiornato una settimana in questo piccolo hotel due stelle decisamente immeritate, infatti è decisamente superiore a tanti tre stelle in cui sono stata :pulizia, servizio, parcheggio comodità sia all’arrivo che alla spiaggia ( inclusa nel prezzo), unica “pecca” il menù compreso nella mezza pensione troppo ristretto anche se di ottima qualità!!! Un encomio particolare ad Andrea , piccola cameriera simpaticissima, molto preparata e sempre sorridente, consigliato assolutamente!!!

Un ottimo hotel, rinnovato ,vicino sia al centro e alla spiaggia,ottimo il menu,pulizie al top, gentilezza del personale e dei proprietari, parcheggio in loco. Potrei suggerire ai proprietari di sopperire alla estrema durezza dei materassi che può influire sul buon sonno, di provvedere a inserire dei topper memory a richiesta dei clienti. Bellissimi bagni ,unico suggerimento ,prego dotare le docce di accessorio portasapone/shampoo sono indispensabili.Colazione internazionale a buffet ottima, migliorerei solo la qualità e la cottura dei cornetti e paste per la colazione all' italiana.

Hotel bellissimo… tutto ristrutturato, veramente confortevole.. aria condizionata presente, doccia enorme, letti nuovi con i led intorno, mobilio rinnovato.. che dire.. veramente bello… ubicato a 600 metri dal mare circa è un ottimo compromesso tra l’ubicazione ed il prezzo… tuttavia cè qualcosa da migliorare… ad esempio, almeno per la nostra esperienza, a colazione avevano lasciato tutti i tavoli sporchi e non preparati per chi arrivava.. buona scelta su cosa fare colazione, ma poca quantità…in camera non vi era il bagnoschiuma (cè il phon) e le tende fanno filtrare luce alla mattina (degustibus).. il personale è stato molto gentile e cordiale.. pecca il fatto che per un giorno non ti diano il lettino ma lo devi pagare a parte… tirando le somme.. ci tornerei sicuramente, ma spero possano migliorare sotto questi aspetti per avere il massimo dei voti..
