Visiting the NEC and needed somewhere to stay. Good Choice. Room was neat and tidy. Breakfast was lovely. Friendly hostess and nice to chat with the other guests, some of whom were regulars. Excellent local pubs for evening meals. We’ll be back!!

A lovely place to stay, our room was very cozy and clean and smelt lovely. The breakfast was very good. What you have to take into consideration is, it is a working farm so not everything is going to be squeaky clean. I enjoyed my time there, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

I booked this location due to the fact it was close to the world resort arena…. The name says it all…church literally next door and farm is where you stay…horses in the yard when we arrived…. Camilla is a busy woman running the b&b and sorting horses out…. We had rooms 1&2 really cosy and clean very comfortable beds… Camilla recommended The Boat for us to go and eat and by god we were not disappointed….we turned up and got a table within 10 minutes. We had a night out in the NEC and returned via a local taxi firm recommended by Camilla spot on 👍 We were woken up early by the sound of aircraft’s takeoff from the airport literally above your head…. It didn’t bother us much as we are early birds.. Breakfast was amazing full English with everything….bear in mind this is a working farm so you are walking past wellington boots and coats to get to the restaurant for breakfast….we really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it to anyone… Thank you Camilla . Regards Mario merry Christmas 🎅

Camilla is a lovely host, very welcoming and pleasant to talk to. But guests should know that the farm house is directly (or very nearly directly) below the flight path for aircraft taking off or landing (I don't know which) to and from the nearby International airport - a mere two miles away. So from 5am in the morning, every 5 mins one hears the very close roar of aircraft above. The same applies late at night, but seems to stop at midnight. The flights aren't so frequent at night. Otherwise the farm is delightful. Th rooms are converted stables so a bit small, but perhaps this doesn't matter if staying only a night or two. Dinner is not served, but the breakfast, especially the full-English, is superb. There's no cover when going from one's room to the house for breakfast, so if it rains, make sure you've got your umbrella with you in your room !

Disappointing stay. Bed and pillows poor quality. Rooms are a bit tired. Shower space mouldy. Breakfast took forever. Owner/manager very pleasant but seemed to be working alone so everything rushed and took a long time for breakfast. Very close to airport with planes directly overhead but they do stop at night - eventually!

Room was clean but very cramped the shower only dribbled out so not possible to use effectively and towels incredibly small ( I am only a size 12 but it would not go anywhere near going round me). Plane noise directly overhead made sleeping disturbed. Was asked on arrival what time I would like breakfast as I had no idea at that point I said around 08.30, I arrived for breakfast at 8.50 was not greeted just sat at a laid table then given a jug of warm orange juice and milk from another used table asked if I required tea or coffee said I preferred fruit tea (had to supply my own as none available) was then presented with a plate over extremely overcooked bacon, a burnt dried sausage and a fried egg and told I was late and it had been cooked for 8.30. The toast was one round of what could only be described as warm bread it certainly was not toasted, there was no napkin, side plate or knife, other guests of which there were two were offered poached eggs and generally checked on and spoken with. I was just ignored throughout my stay I felt as though I was an imposition and most unwelcome. 0

Stayed here for an NEC Event. Chosen for location, convenience and price but it was much more…. Lovely environment, comfortable room with a good shower and a very friendly host. Breakfast was excellent too and served with a smile and chat. A little close to the Airport if you are a very light sleeper - but flights stop overnight anyway. Also, care needed to find the access road off the NEC road network as lots of roadworks - but nothing to do with this lovely B&B. Just keep your eyes peeled. Ample parking on arrival added to the ease and overall this is a highly recommended establishment - and I will be back, as will my colleagues. Thank you.

Lovely warm welcome from Milly and family. The room was clean, comfortable and warm. On our return from far away lands, the hearing was on and it was lovely to just have a shower and bed before heading home the next day. Lovely home cooked breakfast as well as continental and cereals to choose from also. So cute to see the horses first thing in the morning. Taxi to the airport only £6 and takes literally less than a 5 min drive.

I booked Church Farm as we were going to a show at Birmingham NEC. We left the car(free parking) at the accommodation. The rooms are located in a stable yard and are absolutely adorable! Cosy, warm and clean. Lots of storage in Room 2 ( a family room). Camilla is as a great host, explaining everything and gave us numbers for taxis and local eateries. We slept so well as it’s quiet and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! Will definitely return in the future. 👍

Property lovelt and clean with nice decor. The staff and owner are really friendly but there are a lot of road works around the area which can't be helped. Good find

What a lovely stay! Owner and daughter made us feel very welcome. Room comfortable, clean, homely and warm. Breakfast absolutely delicious, with great produce. We look forward to visiting again next year when we go back to Crufts, only 5min drive from NEC. Thank you.
