The hotel is in a fantastic location, ideal for so many activities. The staff were really friendly and the facilities are brilliant.

Reception was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. Bed was really comfy. Bathroom was spotless. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was lovely and being part of resort worlds there was lots of things to do. The only slight issue was thee spa was extremely bizzy and couldn't get a space we had obviously gone there to use the facilities that you had to call and book. After raising this concern the hotel swiftly acted giving us a space around 8pm on the evening and also offered us to use the next day if we wished
The supirer rooms comes with nice touch of mini bar, soft drinks, alcohol, water and chocloate/ crisp and busicuit with the tea and coffee which were all free
Robes and slippers were also provided, couldn't fault great stay

The hotel did NOT exceed nor even meet my expectations.
Cons:
- having to pay £15 for slippers and robe which should be for free at a luxury hotel;
- having to wait 2 hrs for spa access after being added on a waiting list;
- no view - room overlooking a terrace which you don't have access to.
Pros:
- lovely spa;
- clean and comfi room;
- decent breakfast.

hotel smart but free parking was only available for certain superior rooms and this was not clear (£20 for their own parking is excessive ) check in and hotel very smart and easy . i gave overall 3 stars as a strange constant noise kept me awake ( turned air con off but still continued )

For a 4 star hotel with spa charging £15 per person for a robe which most hotels give anyway, extra charges for everything including parking etc

Great hotel, enjoyed our stay, serviced was great. No issues with our stay. Heating worked well. Tidy rooms. Clean bathrooms.
Only issue was the spa, they are limited on lounges, they allow to many people in at once, it was so busy you literally couldnt get into the steam rooms, saunas etc… nothing is monitored, people had the phones by the pool when were told your not allowed to. I wanted to use the jacuzzi but you had people in it 30-45 mins, even though on the door says to be mindful of others use only 15 mins. I shouldnt have to ask people to get out. Staff should be looking at these things, its not a relaxing spa at all! Its free for all.

Stayed here while attending a show with my mother at the arena. Best location and very nice hotel. I would recommend that those attending a show contact the hotel about parking in advance.
