The staff were very attentive and friendly at all times. I would definitely return, but only if it's just for sleeping, as the location is a bit questionable. However, the room itself was perfectly clean.

Great for 1 night stay to sleep, clean, easy to find, there is a paid parking which is rarely for the center of the city, cheaper, than in public parking 20 min till museum, 15 minutes till the city center

Everything was great! The hotel is in a great location. There are two large supermarkets nearby. The city center is a 12-minute walk away! The reception staff is very friendly! I loved everything!

Given its location near Bilbao's city center and train station, it's a good value option. During my stay, I didn't experience the soundproofing issues mentioned in other reviews. However, the outdated room facilities were a problem; there were no power outlets by the bed, no hairdryer, and the bathroom had a bathtub instead of a shower, which raised concerns about hygiene.

We stayed at this hotel for one night, without breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train and bus stations, close to the old town. Other sights are also within walking distance. We didn't use public transportation to explore the city, only taking the metro to the Vizcaya Bridge (which we used to cross the river). The metro, by the way, is also a 7-10-minute walk away. The room is small. There's absolutely no soundproofing. When I read about it in the reviews, I couldn't even imagine it being so bad. You can hear every noise from your neighbors. It's okay for one night, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay. There's no kettle in the room, but you can ask at reception. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The WiFi is good. Bilbao is a very interesting city, and I highly recommend visiting it.

The staff is friendly and the location is good but if what you want is to rest forget it we have not slept at all we had the room in front of the elevator and you could hear a lot, all the time going up and down, the walls are paper thin you could hear all the conversations in the other rooms the faucet, shower etc even how the mobile phone of the people in the room next door vibrated, even when they plugged something into a socket ... In the morning the cleaners who are normal were doing their job but you could hear everything as they moved things talking ... We also chose the hotel because of the parking and to our surprise our car did not fit the entrance is very low ... and we had to look for a private parking they should warn beforehand the maximum height bad the truth is we went to rest and came out worse
