Avoid this place at all costs! I was a victim of discrimination and ****** from the manager. I booked through *********** for next week, everything was confirmed, so I contacted the manager via WhatsApp to ask if it was possible to have a more comfortable bed than the one I had last time, as it was too soft and gave me back pain immediately. He replied that he had arbitrarily decided to cancel my reservation. Completely shocked, I asked for an explanation, and he told me he didn't want customers like me. I replied that I was still going to come, but he said no, it wasn't necessary because he had canceled my reservation. The situation is truly bizarre, and I am shocked by his behavior. I will file a complaint at the police station upon arrival for racial discrimination and emotional distress. He completely ruined my stay before I even arrived, and now I'm left without accommodation and waiting for a response from ***********. I have photographic evidence of all the incidents.

The stay was terrible, if not disastrous. At 2 a.m., we had to call because the heating system was right next to our capsule. It was impossible to sleep, not even with earplugs, which they kindly offered at check-in... without you knowing what awaited you... Behind this noise, which they kindly turned off, continued the comings and goings of the other guests. The capsule door could be heard from the first to the last door in the hallway when it slid shut, resulting in constant sleep interruptions. In the bathroom... what can I say... clogged showers that submerge your feet because the drain doesn't drain and it's not properly maintained... We decided to speak to the lady at reception, who only agreed with you for being happy... knowing that this won't be my first or last complaint about these issues... We checked out early, and they didn't even take offense...

You can't sleep, the capsule doors are so noisy you can hear everything, lots of light comes in, the doors are plastic and don't fit properly, they make so much noise... The TV doesn't work, the bathrooms are dirty, people are wasting water in the next room and banging in and out of the room... The capsule smells like feet, and above all, I was freezing. And on top of that, they have the nerve to charge you for this...

The area itself is very noisy; you can hear people in the hallway opening and closing their doors, as well as the "neighbors" in other capsules. It wasn't possible (or at least I wasn't shown how) to regulate the temperature inside, and I was hot. Furthermore, there was no hot water in the showers (this happened two out of the three days I was there). The power outlet inside the capsule didn't work properly, and I left each morning with my phone only half-charged. The capsule had a smell that wasn't unpleasant, but it was particularly strong, and I don't know if it was from a cleaning product, but it was unpleasant. Overall, the capsule seems comfortable, and I liked the concept, but I think it's too expensive for what it offers. Ultimately, for me, the essential difference between this and a hostel room is the presence of a television in the capsule, which I didn't even use.

L’expérience était très chouette dormir dans les capsules c’est original. La capsule en elle-même est très confortable. Bon matelas il y a de quoi charger de l’électricité comme il faut, il y a une télé elle ne marche pas très bien mais ça reste agréable de pouvoir se poser il y a des parties communes accessibles avec notamment la kitchenette et de quoi s’asseoir pour manger il y a un distributeur avec des prix très accessible, vous y trouverez à boire et des cafés. Par contre il y a un point fortement négatif s’hygiène, les sanitaires notamment, ceux des hommes étaient très sales, il y a un problème qui malheureusement ne vient pas de l’auberge, mais c’est le manque de savoir-vivre des personnes n’est capsule ne sont pas en soi, mal insonorisé, par contre lorsque des personnes passe sans respecter, écris ou parle très fort, on entend tout et lorsque personne se lave les dents et ne nettoie pas derrière elle forcément c’est sale. Toutefois il y a quand même un effort à faire sur le ménage général, beaucoup de poussières dans les capsules sur les recoins, beaucoup de crasses dans les sanitaires, nous avons rajouté une seconde nuit parce que c’est très bien placé dans Bilbao tout est à côté et tout se fait à pied et la nuit et fois reposante. La première nuit nous a coûté 70 €. J’ai trouvé que c’était très cher pour ce que c’est au regard de la saleté. La deuxième nuit nous a coûté 40 € là. Par contre c’était très bien.
