This hotel is good. It was clean and provided all the necessary amenities apart from slippers (but I guess you just have to ask at the front desk). The location is abit far from the city center but a great walk if you’re interested in seeing the town. The bus station is right next to the hotel which was super convenient for getting to the airport.

The hotel is very conveniently located near San Mamés station. The views are also great, and the breakfast was good. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

Close to the bus station, which is convenient for catching early morning airport transfers or heading to other parts of Basque Country. The cleanliness and service are pretty average, so don't expect too much. When I checked in, there was still a half-empty water bottle in the mini-bar, and they didn't clean the room daily.

The location is super convenient! The hotel is right above the metro, train, bus, and tram stations, making transportation a breeze. It's next to the stadium, and across the street, you'll find Burger King and Popeyes. The city center and the Puppy (Guggenheim Museum Bilbao) are only about a 20-minute walk away.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is very modern and clean, the rooms are massive with good facilities and the staff were friendly and helpful. It is also in an excellent location with amazing transport links (there is a direct bus from/to Bilbao airport). Both myself and my parents felt this is one of the best hotels we ever stayed in (especially given the price), and would certainly be staying here again if we are to return to Bilbao

The location is right next to the bus stop, which is wonderful. It is a bit far from the restaurants but it is good as the area is quieter.

Location is super convenient for a short stay in Bilbao since it’s right above the terminal bus station for airport bus. It’s a nice walk over to Guggenheim museum as well as many places to eat/drink. I only stayed one night and because it was so hot mid day I just explored the surrounding area early in the evening. Wish the hotel of this size had a pool though. They gave me a great room by end of the hallway which was perfect for quiet rest. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, shower was great, overall perfect one night stay.

Everything was great regarding the facilities and location. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety, although the dining room staff were super unfriendly; they wouldn't even say good morning.

We only stayed one night but location was wonderful and room was clean and comfortable as you can see in pictures.

I did not have breakfast because the timing was too early. The room was clean but the grout in tiles in the shower just being the pipes needed clean. I liked the setting and friendliness of the staff. The hotel is very central to transportation.

Perfect location who arrived either by bus or flight. All the tourist attractions are within walking distance. Room is spacious, new and well maintained. Highly recommended.
