El hotel estaba bien ubicado, sin embargo en el anunció dicen que cuentan con Parking (con cargo), pero no aclaran que es el parking público que se hubica a mas de 3 cuadras. A su vez el hotel no cuenta con d****na para detenerse y en la calle al ser angosta y muy transitada es imposible detenerse para bajar el equipaje y hacer el check-in.
Si bien el hotel parecía ordenado y agradable, en nuestro caso la habitación era muy pequeña, con un lado de la cama contra una pared, y la ventana que daba al sistema de ventilación del edificio.

The location is great and the attention is awesome. Angel checked us in and provided very good tips on were to go. During check out it, he was also there and guided us to the bus terminal.

Very nice hotel located just opposite to the Arriaga Theatre and close to the metro stop Casco Viejo. Old building but it has its charm. Very nice breakfast and clean rooms that have what you need. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only thing, the AC did not work.

It's centrally located, which is both a plus (close to everything we wanted to do/see/eat) and minus (older building and corner room added to various noises like floors creaking and vehicles passing by). Otherwise, it's a really good place to stay.

We stayed in a charming 1st-floor room with balconies overlooking a street in the Casco Viejo. Great location close to the train station. The staff were helpful with leaving our luggage until checkin time and arranging a taxi to take us to the airport early in the morning.

Very clean but for €156 a night would have expected a kettle in the room (was sure it was when I booked) and was told on checking out kettle should have been in room. I wanted a cup of coffee and was told to go to the bar at the end of the street and get a take away. The location was great. The young man on reception when we checked in and out was very nice and friendly sorry didn’t get his name. We didn’t have breakfast but loads of places nearby to eat. It was quite noisy but it’s an old hotel so creaking floorboards should be expected.
