Everything was great overall, the only issues were that the air conditioning wasn't working properly and the bed was very noisy.

I'm grateful that I was able to check in smoothly despite making a same-day reservation. There were also plenty of places to eat dinner nearby, which was very convenient. The next day, I had an early morning check-out, but it was smooth and I was able to find a taxi right away. Thank you very much.

The hotel was well located, however in the advertisement they say that they have parking (with charge), but they do not clarify that it is the public parking that was more than 3 blocks away. At the same time, the hotel does not have a parking area to stop and since the street is narrow and very busy, it is impossible to stop to unload the luggage and check-in. While the hotel seemed neat and pleasant, in our case the room was very small, with one side of the bed against a wall, and the window facing the building's ventilation system.

Room was small but that was exactly what I selected. Bathroom was spacious enough, bright, clean and the towels were thick & huge. Location is so convenient to walk everywhere and staff were responsive & very helpful

This hotel is in a perfect location in central Bilbao. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was a good size with a luxury bathroom. The icing on the cake was that the staff arranged for some Cava t be left in the room for my partner’s birthday which was a lovely surprise. Definitely recommend this hotel and will return when we next visit beautiful Bilbao!

I've stayed total of over a month in this hotel. Location is great. Some first floor rooms are noisy due to people walking behind your door all the time Doors don't block much noise and there is a gap under the door...

Room was clean and staff was helpful, street noise unbearable from room 109, not hotel’s fault revelers are very loud all hours of the night and well into the morning when noise from delivery trucks to the nearby grocery store takes over, be sure to ask for a room in a quieter section of the property!
