Good location, clean and tidy hotel with one of most comfie bed in my Europe stays. Just the air con is abit weak

Great location to see the sightseeing of the city in center . Breakfast large choice and good service as well . My kids love the breakfast.

This is the best hotel we have stayed in for the price I’m so glad we chose this one as it was a very comfortable room huge twin beds, very comfortable mattresses, pillows and bedding. One comfy arm chair plus desk chair, suitcase stands, glasses, mugs, kettle etc mini fridge , bottled water provided, excellent shower with quality fittings. Very quiet room and excellent location for the city centre and the river and metro & tram stops. Highly recommend

Great location! Excellent restaurants around (remember to try Demaio fresh made pasta with organic ingredients in front of hotel!). Walking distance to metro station to access Bilbao estacion de autobuses, shopping galore! Highly recommend this hotel! Big room, big bathroom as in USA standards!

The hotel gives us a room with a very small window with no construction view, but it is still acceptable. It is close to metro and city center, so the location is quite good. The breakfast is a bit disappointing and is definitely not a 4 star hotel standard. The hotel seems to be quite small surprisingly…Some hotel staff is very rude but most of them are nice.

good location, close to the old town

It was a good experience overall, with a central location. The staff was very friendly and responsive. Also, the room was comfortable. The hotel overall and the facilities looked a little bit old, also the breakfast should have more variety of vegetables available. If I come back to Bilbao, I'll consider staying in this place again.
