The hotel is conveniently located: about a 10-minute walk from the train station, and Bilbao's main streets and attractions are also within walking distance. The room was clean and generally comfortable. The only significant downside was that our room was right next to the reception. On the first night, it was very noisy: you could hear almost everything happening at the reception – conversations, guests, and other sounds. The sound insulation in this part of the hotel is quite poor. If possible, I recommend requesting a room further away from the front desk.

Clean rooms – unfortunately, no kettle or bathrobe. The gym area is functional, but towels aren't provided there. Friendly staff.

Very convenient location, close to the train station and Abando. Staff at Reception are very friendly and helpful. Very likely to stay again in the future.

Good hotel. Room was missing water boiler though, as one would expect from a 4 star hotel

Really loved the city, and the hotel service was great. The breakfast was good too. I'd definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable. Location is perfectly located to easily walk to the Guggenheim, old town and a metro stop very close by. Plenty of shops and coffee/breakfast/brunch places close by. Staff are also lovely.

Overall, it was decent. Facilities were okay, and hygiene was acceptable. The environment was pretty good, and the service was top-notch. Booking was convenient, and the price was relatively acceptable.

The mattress was deformed, causing you to roll to one side of the bed. The breakfast buffet was very limited and basic for the price they charge (€20). The advertised breakfast offer of €12.95 is only valid if pre-booked; simply being a guest and wanting breakfast that morning isn't enough. And a tea or coffee costs €2.50. All in all... never again.
