The location was good, and room was adequate. Strong smell of air freshener when I came into the room, so I needed to open all the windows to vent the space. The walls were pretty thin so people caughing and phones ringing bothered me a bit. Room was clean and the service at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

I have a great stay! The location is fantastic — just a few steps from the Guggenheim Museum, which made exploring the city super convenient. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable — exactly what we were hoping for. However, there's one detail that could be clearer: the hotel advertises "private parking," but in reality, it's a public city parking lot located about 450 meters away. It costs €20 per day, and there is no parking directly at the hotel. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to know in advance.

1st stay great; 2nd stay…”eh” 2nd time staying here and was a little disappointed. First off, when I pulled back the drapes from above the bed, dust flew everywhere. Whenever anyone was using water (sink, toilet, shower) there was loud noise in the wall from the machine pumping water from below. I was offered another room, but since my stay was short, I chose to stay put.

Great stay! The room was fabulous, especially the bed and shower. The front desk staff were very courteous and always helpful. I am staying there again soon. So glad I found this hotel
