From the friendly greeting and cool water, to the great breakfast the next morning, the Hyatt was as good as expected! We will be back.

I was very pleased with the number of hooks in the bathroom and the room itself. This feature is overlooked by so many hotels. It is so nice to have a place to put clothes and towels and keep them off of the floor. The hotel looks to be brand new. It was very clean. No carpet in the room was a plus as well. The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable, although the sheets were a bit noisy which was odd. There was enough counter space in the bathroom. The free breakfast was one of the better ones I have experienced. There was a good variety of food being offered and it was spread out so it was easier to access among the other guests. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. Just note the pool is not that deep- perhaps around 5 ft. The area around the hotel was nice and pretty quiet. Just follow the million round-abouts that the city has installed on that side of town.

A short 15 minutes drive from Billings airport . Ample parking along with few EV chargers. Close to many local amenities and shopping like car wash, gas station, Walmart super center , Costco and more. You won’t feel rural any time. Walking distance to Starbucks and medical school. Room was big with double window shade. Front desk was more than happy to help with smile any given time of the day. Breakfast was just standard, I wish they keep individual cups instead a big bowl of yogurt like many hotel are doing now. I wish they had complimentary fresh hot coffee for 24 hrs at least for cold weather. We will definitely book here again.

This hotel opened in April of 2025 and thus, still is very new and fresh! The beds are very comfortable and the staff are all very friendly and helpful!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The amenities were top-notch and made for a truly comfortable experience. I especially appreciated how conveniently located it was—just a short walk to great shopping and dining options. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-situated place to stay.

Excellent experience. The staff at the front desk area were gracious, welcoming and helpful. Our room was immaculately clean and fresh. We had to utilize the laundry facilities as we were in the middle of an extended trip and had a brief issue with the washing machine (it takes quarters which the staff are happy to give you in exchange for cash) and they responded quickly and rectified the situation even though it was late in the evening and maintenance had gone home. We were at the end of a hallway and were in a handicapped accessible room so it was extra roomy (we did not require this room but just happened to be placed in it). The hotel was very conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Billings.
