Baymont by Wyndham Billings

Pool was nice but hot tub was broken, super hot, paint was peeling and loose screws were in it. Bathroom was dirty, frigerator was brown like someone spilled a pop or maybe it was blood. Breakfast sausages were very overcooked and tasted rancid.

This place is run down and dirty. Not properly cleaned. Room was dirty with trash from previous occupants lying around. Multiple things in our room were broken and there wasn’t even a coffee/tea pot. Sheets were not clean either. Tv would not connect to the internet. Breakfast was ok but not many options. Also the railing is broke and loose on the stairs which wasn’t very safe for my kids. I will more than likely never stay here again and I don’t recommend it.

The pool had no steps, you have to use a ladder to climb in and out. Otherwise, everything was great.

All of the staff were very helpful, except for one of the house keepers. She was pretty rude. But other than that everyone else was pleasant

Overall stay was good. One night for vacation while touring Montana. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was typical sausage, eggs, and waffles. No problems with staff.

The surrounding area hosts multiple rabbits. These rodents are of various colors, appearing to be a cross between wild and domestic. Fun to watch Our room was in need of a good vacuuming,specifically around the edges and in the corners. Bathroom sink has a crack from top to drain, tub faucet leaks in almost a constant stream, the edge trim on the face of the pony wall is missing The juice dispenser was empty at 7:15am. I can understand the concept of keeping butter in the fridge, but it is too hard to spread on toast. Attempting to do so makes holes in the bread. And those poor apples in the bowls were so old that they were rubbery If those apples had been bananas they would have been black Lastly, the person at the desk did not seem to care at all about the dripping faucet and cracked sink. Lack of pride in property is obvious Oh, the front desk did say that the internet was weak and sporadic. That does explain the lack of TV channels and the messages on the screen indicating a failure to load.

Front desk staff was wonderful when we arrived. Room was nice. The room had a few cosmetic issues. Liked that they had big bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The hotel had what looked like a fresh paint Kobe to the outside of the building. Breakfast was good. No stay over room service. I did ask for just trash pick up, but didn’t get. I ended up seeing a house keeper, asked her for trash bags amd took care of the trash myself.

The rooms are older and could use a refresh. like most hotels the pillows have been used up. The bed was comfy and clean. we had a trailer with us and it was a little tight getting around. Restraints with in walking distance.

Clean room, nice friendly staff, pool looked clean, didnt use, parking was easy and plenty of spaces. Breakfast was from 6am and was plenty to choose from
