C'mon Inn Billings

Clean but holy cow the chlorine is so strong. I almost felt sick walking through the lobby. And the shower only gets warm. I could smell chlorine all night. I can't imagine having a room right by the many hot tubs or pool. Yikes. Surprised they are allowed this as ventilation was poor. However. Clean room, also front clerk was not very receptive.

The Billings C'mon Inn is as good a value as you could ever hope to find in lodging. The place is super clean, very nicely designed and appointed, and very reasonably priced. This is always the case with this regional chain, but the Billings property takes it to another level. That's the property itself; staff are also friendly and helpful. There are literally no weaknesses here.

I was heading to visit relatives and stopped here after finding one hotel full. I had see this hotel was supposedly booked up on the site but found a room. Pluses and minuses but overall good. Room was good location away from main area so it was quiet. Nice layout and clean King bed room. Staff very nice and helpful. The pool was crowded with kids and adults just sat poolside. 5 or 6 hot tubs so I could find one without kids. Wish they had a safe in the room. I went swimming laps in the morning and no kids. The booklet in the room said the hotel had a safe at the desk but the young lady said they did not and I could keep my valuable with her and she would watch them. Breakfast was included. Eggs so-so, sausages too. The breakfast potatoes were good and the coffee was too. Nice to have yogurt and pancakes good. Orange OK. It was nice to have a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in the room.

What a fun hotel Billings C’mon Inn is, and the staffs’ friendliness carried over to all the hotel guests we met. This was our first visit to this chain and we plan to visit this location again and look forward to staying at their other locations as well.

We have stayed at this hotel at least once a year for the past ten years and it has always been a clean and inviting hotel at a reasonable price. Their free continental breakfast is a perfect assortment of grab and go and sit down. Their staff has always been courteous and welcoming and the hotel itself is cozy and tranquil with the indoor waterfalls and koi ponds. Their pool and hot tubs are always clean and our kids have loved staying here too over the years on our way to ski at Big Sky. And it’s always been nicely decorated for each holiday or season we’re in. We probably should have written a nice review years ago but didn’t take the time and we should have - felt compelled to this time because we’re just so impressed after all these years the place is still a wonderful stay. Kudos to the owner, manager and staff - this hotel is all-around fantastic.

I hardly know where to start. 1. Excellent and helpful staff. 2. A very clean facility. 3, Comfortable beds and pillows. 4. Quite. 5. Unique atmosphere. 6. Excellent breakfast. I can't remember a time when I enjoyed a stay so much. Don't be in a hurry, enjoy.

We stayed at C’mon Inn in Missoula last week. We loved it so much that we booked the one in Billings on our return trip. The hotel is unique and relaxing. We had a balcony off our room looking into the indoor courtyard. Staff went above & beyond! Breakfast was outstanding. Hotel was clean & fantastic! I love this hotel chain!

This was my third day here. The first day was amazing. I had a king room on the second floor facing the highway. It was very quiet it was clean. It was very comfortable. The second time I stayed here is on the first floor facing the parking lot it was noisy it had a sound of a generator or something all night long had to listen to the neighbors all night long. People screaming up and down the hallways. And tonight is my third night here. I received reserved a room without a balcony because I did not want to be overlooking the pool. So guess where they put me. When I asked if there was another room I was treated very rudely and currently. I think for 200 plus dollars a night it would be nice to be treated with respect. The smell of the pool is so strong it's making my eyes burn. So now I'm having to go stay somewhere else and just eat this 200 bucks. Terrible. Might be a good place to stay if you want to party all night long. But it's not a good place if you're a business traveler

Yesterday we were told that we were flagged and would not be given a room due to a bad review. I called for clarification this morning and was told it's because we were rude now instead of what was told to us yesterday.
