The Anmon Resort Bintan

Very good experience!! Even the prices is slightly higher but its definitely worth it, all the staff are very friendly and the activities is welled organised, willl come again as soon as possible!🤩

Overall is a great experience with family and friends. Was there when Anmon celebrates their 5th anniversary. Awesome!

the resort was very aesthetic and we love the glamping tent! it was very clean and the service from the staff was superb. we ordered the tentsite bbq (though we feel that their all-you-can-eat buffet is more worth) and had the opportunity to bbq under the skies and in the comfort of our own tent. amenities wise was limited as the swimming pool only had a small portion of place to swim and there was no gym. we had to pay for everything else which was a bit costly. the taxi cost was also about $20 higher than what grab quotes, but getting a grab is hard here, so do arrange prior transport which can be cheaper. seems like they arrange public buses for those who are going back via the nearer ferry terminal, so can call the hotel beforehand to check. overall, you are paying a high price for the experience + amazing service!

Everything was great, frm indoor to outdoor. Just that the food there is abit limited and expensive. Tour to outside Anmon is very ex, prefer u stay in door. Not worth to travel outside. The price on food n travel I will rather go to the Natra resort nx door to spend on this is way cheaper.

Wonderful experience. The treasure bay lagoon with plenty of water activities is within the resort and the scooter drive makes the resort very unique.

This Glamping is so beautifully done! We have Glamping in the US and this Glamping is suoer authentic and wonderfully done. . Here. My husband brought me here for my birthday. We loved the cooking concept by the tent. Wi-Fi was excellent! I thought A/C was good. They had a corporate event and a DJ in the larger dorm tent. It was incredibly loud - I complained to the office and they moved us to a quieter tent. We were going to leave the next day but the manager cancelled the Saturday night DJ so we decided to stay and turned our trip around. The staff was courteous in the dining restaurant and bar. The activities are priced way too high. I was surprised. You are already paying a pretty high fee for the tent..the activities either should be lowered or they should higher the price of the rooms and include the activities. I would definitely recommend this place if you have kids. They would love it! The breakfast is amazing! They should have a paper to people when they check in that says that quiet time is at 10:00 pm. People were a bit loud. Lastly..the Mangrove kayaking was awesome! Was 326k for an hour with a private guide. Book through activity center and not the concierge- The Concierge tried to charge us double the price which didn’t make sense to us. They had a movie on a big screen and nobody was there. I think they need to give you a piece of paper with all activities planned so you are aware they are going on. We passed some families and told them and they didn’t know that they were playing a movie. Helmi, the manager was very helpful and fixed our issues and was very kind and professional. We may come back with my tennis group but will make sure there is no corporate events or DJ’s playing.

It was a good experience, good food and stay..

Loved the high ceiling in the glamp. The buggy service was really good, brings you all around the area. There are quite a number of water sports activities as well. However, the taxi fares around are quite high so it'd be best to travel as a group of 4, as the distance to the city (about 1 hour) and the attractions are quite far. Overall, a really comfortable stay and glamping was fun!
