Exceptional place, great views, impeccable service. Very convenient buggy service to all locations around the resort but generally walkable as well. Easy access to the beach. Very responsive service by WhatsApp. Rooms are clean, spacious and breezy. Overall an excellent stay.

Amazing destination for retreat. You don’t have to worry about activities and just spend the time in the room relaxing with the Jacuzzi and breathtaking view. Service was impeccable, staff was attentive and welcoming.  Hope that there will be option for cheaper food alternatives as it mostly consist of restaurants

Our stay was just perfect. It is a beautiful Balinese traditional set-up villa, every staff was friendly and so kind and it really touched my heart. It's a bit old property but perfectly maintained, I didn't feel it's old at all and I was rather impressed how well they kept this beautiful villa. You can also notice a great attention to detials, the person (people) came up with this design and architect must be genius! I was worried after seeing the review on bugs, yes there are bugs, but it's perfectly natural cause the villa is in the middle of the nature! That's the charm of this resort. I would be concerned if they use too much chemicals to kill the bugs. I hate bugs but there was nothing harmful - like a roach I always see in HK.. so I was totally ok! There are cute lizards roaming around too, I really loved watching them. I really enjoyed staying in Banyan Tree but most of all it was people who made my stay memorable - everyone smiles and greeted so nicely which really made my trip. They were very attentive and accommodating too. I wish I could go back one day!

We had a great relaxing stay at Banyan tree. The service is really good. Breakfast is good with local and Western option, however I find the breakfast option is a bit limited after 3 days there.

I stayed in the Villa for 4D/3N. This morning at around 5.30am, the drape frame fell on my face.  Luckily I have the pillow over my head and woke up with a shock.  We put it back but could hear the creaking sound as the wood is giving way.  I have written to the management to fix it before it falls on another hotel guest.

Came here for my anniversary. My 2nd visit here. Loved the service here. Staff went all the way out to decorate my room every night.

We booked 4 rainforest sea view villas from Singapore. The rooms are in the traditional Balinese villa resort style. They are spacious, beautiful, clean, and equipped with complete toiletries. There are also two pairs of Japanese slippers for showering or going to the beach, and two pairs of cloth shoes for wearing in the room. The hygiene is good, and they clean twice a day. There are three-hole British sockets on both sides of the long table in the room, and there is no need for Indonesian plugs at all, which is very convenient to use. The balcony also has a large jacuzzi.The room is very quiet, and you can hear birds singing in the early morning. All the staff can speak English, and they are all very kind and polite, and their service attitude are also great. The breakfast is also good, and there are many food choices. Whether you go to eat or go back to the room, you can call the hotel's free buggy. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. We will continue to stay in the same BanyanTree when I come to Bintan Island again.

Good service and the spa is a must try. Do make a reservation in advance for the spa as they are usually full for the day.

Great service. We forgot something and they brought it to the ferry terminal for us. Staff are very polite and attentive.

Nice hotel and service, a little outdated but still better than most hotel in Bintan Need to add more food places- the treetop food is not delicious , only Saffron is worth eating :)

Recommended Hotel and Resort to stay in Bintan, Room is Clean and Comfortable. Recommended Restaurant for Local Food is Tree Top and Friendly Staff in Tree Top (Pak Ronal, Mba Elvi Siregar and Mba Nandya).

Room is spacious with wonderful view. The staff is very friendly and nice. Close to the beach and the water is so clean.

It was an unforgettable experience and excellent service throughout our stay. Staffs are cheerful, and constantly checking if we are comfortable with the facilities and services. We felt pamper throughout our 3 days in the property. The property may seem abit old but the staffs service were excellent. We certainly be back again soon.

Great sea view rooms. near to laguna and RIA golf course. Will come again
