Immediately I noticed the dirty sheets and upon pulling back the duvet, there was blood and hair. One of the pillows stank whilst the other was clean. Had I not arrived late from the airport I would have complained but I was too tired. The phone in the room wasn't working anyway so I couldn't call reception. The slippers were also dirty... used from a previous guest. I had a cold shower when I arrived as there was no hot water, though the folllowing morning after keeping the shower running for several minutes I did get hot water. The room aside from the lack of cleanliness was fine. The staff were friendly, though I got scammed in their coffee shop....as my cappuchino had no coffee...just milk and water...from which I had to attend the toilet immediately and didn't recover for several hours. The location is good for the airport and the hotel is only a few minutes from the main coach terminal. Overall a 3/5, no more, and I wouldn't stay again.
