Location is excellent with both Moor Street railway station and New Street railway station nearby. It's near to the malls where there is a M&S supermarket. There is also a lots of choice for food. Room itself has a small kitchen area which I didn't use. I had a comfortable stay and location is central enough to get around easily.

Overall, it's a good experience trip,Room are spacious and cleanliness,it also provide kitchen as well, if you planning cook, its fitted you.Badly part is only a bed for four peoples,if adds one more bed or offers alterntive that it will be perfect.

The location is perfect at this price, it’s just 10 mins walking distance from the new street train station and the malls. The room is clean and the facilities are good with a mini kitchenette inside. The design of the room is quite modern as well. Will definitely stay again and it’s highly recommended.

It wasn't far from the New Street Station, BUT I'm afraid I wouldn't say the hotel's location is convenient as there were slopes to climb to and from, so imagine taking those big luggages with you that's a huge task and especially apart from the slopes there were also the uneven rocky roads!
The room itself was clean and spacious with kitchen appliances available but some of the utensils needed to be replaced. Not very nice street views so have to keep the windows shut and curtains on.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. This time they offer a higher floor room with good amenities as before. However, there was blood-stained bath towel, which was totally unacceptable. They did apologize for this. But I think they should check well before.
