Because my flight was late setting off from Dubai by one and a half hours. I missed by connecting flight from Istanbul and had a get a flight the day after. When I arrived in Birmingham the next day and went to the hotel they said my both days have been cancelled and I had to rebook again which cost me another £120. They told me to take it up with Trip.com. Which was very disappointing.

I go here every year for september and January for an avon conference. Basic but clean and tidy. Has a bar and food is nice. Not always got shower and shampoo and conditioner in rooms. But just ask.
