BUGU HOTEL

Everything was great – friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and a cozy, stylish hotel. The only downside was the soundproofing.

The room was very clean and tidy, and overall pretty good. The breakfast selection was a bit limited but sufficient. The only downside was that our room was on the first floor near the street, so opening the window could be a bit noisy. We had to keep the window closed the whole time for privacy. Next time, I'll choose a room further inside.

Beautiful, clean, with new furniture and soft mattresses. I slept really soundly. No street noise. The staff were friendly.

The hotel is about a 40-minute drive from the airport. The front desk service was excellent; they helped me exchange local currency.

A very good hotel. I booked for a week. Large room, comfortable beds. Excellent location, close to a bus stop, and right across the street is a really good Korean restaurant. Navat and Vostochka 1 are both within walking distance. The breakfasts are delicious, I particularly enjoyed the pastries, and you can order omelets and fried eggs. The only downside was that my room was right next to the breakfast room, so I woke up when breakfast started due to the rather good soundproofing, but it wasn't a big issue for me. Also, housekeeping missed a couple of days. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Bishkek.

This hotel was fantastic! It was super clean and the location is close to the city center. The shower also had hot water right away. The breakfast was just right too. I stayed here for a 10-day business trip, and what I appreciated most was the laundry service. For just a few hundred yen per load, they would wash and dry about 4-5 days' worth of clothes and return them neatly folded. At other hotels, they usually charge per item which ends up being ridiculously expensive, so this was a huge help. There are also many restaurants nearby and a 24-hour supermarket. I'd definitely like to stay here again when I come back to Bishkek!

Thanks, everything was great! We booked it for a romantic getaway, so the creaky beds were a bit awkward, but otherwise, everything was fantastic! 😆
