We cannot comment on the quality of the hostel as when we arrived at night, after our flight into Bishkek, we were told the room was already filled. We had to book another room elsewhere. The staff member who told us was apologetic, allowed us to use their WiFi to book another room elsewhere, and paid our taxi the short distance to our next accommodation. He gave us a cash refund for the room we booked and paid for more than 5 weeks prior. We wonder why nobody noticed that the room was double booked given it was reserved so far in advance?

Номер не видела. В холле было чисто, расположение удобное.
Нас не заселили не смотря на то, что было все забронировано и оплачено. Сказали мест нет и с trip давно не работают. Пришлось уйти и срочно искать другой отель.
Очень неприятная ситуация((((( не знаю чья вина, но не хотелось бы оказаться еще раз без заплаченных средств на улице (заселялись поздно и обменники уже не работали поблизости).

Stayed here, being a hostel and reasonable price deserved more 5 stars ⭐️ clean , kitchenette provided, laundry facility, and work room with kittens 🐈⬛ and friendly staff. Place was very close to osh bazaar and in front of the hostel was a bus staff that get you anywhere Bishkek. Was a great 2 nights stay. K1 room 😁

Best hostel I have ever stayed in! It is so so clean. I had a twin private room with shared bathroom. Everyone is given slippers it is a shoe free hostel which means it is so clean. The staff are very helpful. There are so much facilities including a garden, outside area, a working area with desks with high sides to work or study from, a large kitchen full of equipment and crockery. Great location can walk to shops, market, restaurants, supermarket.

Это действительно отличный хостел, и я остался очень доволен. У Елены и Николаса(ника), которые там работают, отличный характер, они очень дружелюбные, заботливые и отзывчивые люди. Было приятно с ними познакомиться. Если вам нужно оценить хостел, то он мне очень понравился. Это чистое, тихое место недалеко от центра города и имеет большой потенциал. Я буду там снова в следующем году, большое спасибо за все. Елена и Ник, я люблю вас.
