Unexpectedly, it is very good in Bishkek. The hotel facilities are a bit old. This hotel in Kyrgyzstan is very good. Online booking is also very convenient. It is worth recommending.

Stayed in this hotel in December for a day. It's located in upper part if Bishkek, so no smoke is around and you can open windows wide open to enjoy fresh air. Super! Room was clean with all hygienic supplements, very friendly staff and nice food. Strongly recommend.

I can't say it's the best hotel. We made a reservation a day in advance and went today at 15:40. She was waiting for us saying that she would be ready and that she would be ready, but she couldn't make us stay even at 16:45. The hotel check-in time is 14:00 and the check-out time is 12:00, and now it is 16:45. The service, staff are at the highest level... I will never recommend to anyone

I don’t know who in Kyrgyzstan decides on the star rating of a hotel, well, it’s definitely 5*, and not even 4*. The room is so shabby, old. And they tell me at the reception that they have a renovation every year? We did not have time to call at the hotel, as the lights were turned off in the whole hotel. Funny.

The room was booked back in June, but before the guests enter, none of the staff checks the readiness of the room for occupancy. There were dishes in the room after the breakfast of the previous guest. After receiving the key and settling into the room, the TV does not automatically turn on. We must again go to the reception (because no one picks up the phone) and ask to send a master who will connect the TV. But the internet is so weak that the TV picture freezes every 10-15 minutes. Well, if something happens to the shower or the toilet, then it’s a total bummer. I myself had to wipe the flooded floor with towels, because the administrator listened to me and did not send anyone. We lived in room 323 and in the 36 degree heat we wanted to find a refrigerator in the room to cool drinks. But in the description there is a safe and a refrigerator in the room, but it is not there. The word Zhannat is translated as Paradise, but the staff and administration do not seem to know this.

Good location. The city has become wider in recent years. Previously, mountains were visible there, but now everything is built up with tall buildings. I really liked the hotel, still keeps its brand. Delicious food, excellent service, there are more new rooms, it is clear that the renovation was done. In general, everything is fine. Too bad the pool has been removed.
