Novotel Bishkek City Center

The room key card always took several tries to get the power working consistently. The shower water never got hotter than lukewarm. The gym and pool were decent, but frankly, the room facilities were on par with a budget hotel like Hanting in China.

The Novotel Bishkek City Center is easily one of the top international chain hotels in the area. Its location is absolutely superb – you can walk to the city center's shopping district and parks, and there are plenty of currency exchange spots right on the street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The entire building is brand new and modern. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and have no strange odors. All the bathroom and office facilities are comprehensive, and the WiFi is stable and fast. The staff are fluent in English, and their service is warm and efficient. The hotel also boasts an indoor pool, gym, and spa, perfect for both business and leisure. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, covering Western, Chinese, and local dishes. Downstairs, the restaurant serves a full menu of Western and Central Asian cuisine. This is definitely my top choice for business or leisure trips to Bishkek, and I'll be staying here again.

Everything was comfortable. It was my boyfriend's birthday, and we received a complimentary gift. The hotel atmosphere was very pleasant. The spa was excellent. Thank you. The room was also spacious, with a nice big bed and a city view.

The hotel looks high-end, giving off a vibe of a big-brand chain. The room is a bit small but well-arranged. The parking lot at the back is slightly inconvenient. It's within walking distance to the central square, with both commercial and residential areas nearby.

The environment is elegant and the service is excellent. Everyone I encountered smiled and greeted me. The food was delicious, although the meat at breakfast wasn't great, everything else was fine. The customized dinner was truly impressive and delicious.
