Hotel Lulu

Stayed in Bishkek in 3 different hotels this was the second hotel I stayed in and the worst! Accidentally booked a twin room online double rooms available at same price I checked online but hotel wouldn’t let me change as a courtesy arrived at hotel room at 1am and was too tired to change There was a loose electrical socket in toilet, the shower was broken with water going everywhere! The shower wouldn’t drain and coving hanging off ceiling The mirror was broken I mean I could go on but you get my point I claimed my money back from trip.com

A very decent hotel with an optimal location in Bishkek. The staff were very polite and provided great customer service. The breakfast was also generally quite good. The room was decent but the carpet felt a little rundown. However the view from the balcony was really nice!

Clean hotel and location is good. Breakfast with variety of foods. Receptionists are very helpful and friendly. Especially Mr Emil . Thank you

Location is near to convenience store, a mall with supermarket, many restaurants and cafes.

Disappointing stay, Poor service, unhygienic buffet, and hidden charges! This hotel is just okay for 2 nights max, the location is good. However, the overall experience was very frustrating. The breakfast was poor the buffet area had an unpleasant smell. Even worse, the food was unhygienic; I literally found a hair among the nuts! Personally, I couldn’t find any options that suited me.The service was extremely poor and unprofessional. The lights in my room were broken, I informed the staff, but they never fixed them. They are completely uncooperative and lack any polite manner of communication. To make matters worse, at checkout, they blindsided me with an extra charge just because there was some lipstick stain on the blanket! What is the purpose of housekeeping if guests are penalized for accidental stains? Isn't cleaning exactly what they are paid to do?They should be transparent about their policies instead of exploiting customers with sudden, hidden fees. This hotel is incredibly greedy and values making money over customer satisfaction. I absolutely don’t recommend this place.

Carpet is dirty, one elevator(out of 2) is broken, so need to walk down 3 floors. Room has not been fixed/renovated properly.

Very comfortable bed!! The bed itself is 5star hotel bed. Its height is quite high. So when I lie down on the bed, I jumped on it. Hahaha There is bath clothes, too . Very nice facilities. There are many buses around this area, you can use bus here easily. Specially the breakfast is truly brilliant 👏🏻 There are so many types of food on the breakfast. The girl who works during breakfast is very friendly and kind. Thank you! This hotel has good facility + amazing breakfast !
