Good morning. I stayed at the Sheraton Poznań for the first time. I wonder how it is possible that in a 5-star hotel you can provide a room with a beautiful toilet flap that is at least halfway open and a waste bin in the bathroom that does not open effectively, and these are not high costs to repair and look after it before offering such a room to the client. 5-star hotel. It's not worthy of 5 stars, but at most 4 or only 3. Besides, I rented a king-size bed and unfortunately I had a room with two small beds. But I was too tired to eat at the reception and change in the middle of the night. I would like to add one more thing - about 48-50 € was taken from me before entering the room, even though the room was paid for and after leaving it was supposed to be returned and transferred to the NWO account. I don't think the 2 capsules of expresso coffee and 2 tea bags that I used cost 50 euros! Maybe I was held responsible for breaking the toilet seat!? Also, I won't take photos at midnight at the entrance to the room as proof that it wasn't me who did it, but that this is what I saw when I entered the room. Besides, I ordered a wake-up call and no one called as agreed. The person from the reception whom I asked to explain the way to the station early in the morning did it tactlessly, taking me for an ***** who didn't understand anything, but after 4 hours of sleep, a long journey and a whole week of work, maybe not the first time everything was clear... .. From what I mentioned above, unfortunately I did not feel welcome in a five-star hotel. I travel a lot around the world and the Sheraton Poznań's service and equipment differs from the standards of other 5-star hotels on other continents. I'm sorry, but I won't stay at your hotel again and I won't make a good advertisement. Regards
