"Older building but maintained. The front desk team was friendly and offered advise to local happenings. The room had a few bugs due to the gap around the door. The rooms were exterior rooms. Over all, not bad. I would stay again if i was in the area."

"We absolutely loved this hotel!!! The staff the comfort the quiet the breakfast the pool … just loved everything about this stay !!!! Hard to believe they had so much flooding back in sept with the storm … they did an amazing job renovating the first floor. Loved the staff that work here… just so sweet and kind. I won’t stay anywhere else if I’m back in black mountain. Thank you and blessings to you all ❤️"

Quality Inn Black Mountain-Asheville East

"The receptionist was not friendly and argumentative.  I was not rude or angry with her requests.  She was not rude either, but not friendly.  Twice I had to visit the front desk and twice I took her attention away from her phone.  The telephone in the room had no dial tone.  She said maybe it’s not plugged in.  I checked went back and checked the plug in the room and it was plugged in.  I told her that.  She said we don’t have a maintenance man today, that’s too bad.  After checking out and having breakfast I asked if there was a restroom where I could wash my hands.  I was told it was out of service. After this experience I will not be returning."

"Spent a night recently while driving the parkway to see the beautiful foliage. Our hosts were welcoming, our room was clean and comfortable and the food was excellent. We especially enjoyed the breakfast. Since the weather turned chilly, we were a bit cool in our room during the night. The inn is on a beautiful lawn with lots of seating for relaxation. We plan a return trip very soon!"

"We discovered Peri Social's patio on a recent Saturday evening . Lovely patio in the back where we were able to sit in comfort with our 82 lbs Golden Doodle. Fabulous drinks and ordered Abiocca pizza from the pizza truck. (Totally worth the carbs!). Great vibe ! Highly recommend!"
