The room was on the ground floor, it was as expected on appearance, but noise from neighbouring rooms and above room was terrible. Tv noise, walking noise voices. The bed was also uncharacteristically very firm and therefore uncomfortable.

Very clean hotel room. The staff were very friendly and helpful nothing too much. Food very good and good value for money! I would fully recommend the meal deal. The location perfect 10 minutes walk to the front.

Very happy with the hotel itself however in the brewers fayre connected to the hotel we was extremely disappointed with the service. We walked in at about quarter to nine and was waiting by the sign that says “please wait here to be seated” and was then looked at multiple times by a lady working this shift with a white shirt on who came over 5 minutes later and was very rude asking if she could help us in a very rude tone she then carried on with a hostile conversation (if you’d even call it that) and told us we’d have to order in the next ten minutes because the kitchen closes at 9 which was absolutely fine even though our card in the premier inn says 10pm.I’m a manager in hospitality myself and understand it is frustrating when customers come in just before closing but i would never speak to any of my customers with how we was spoken to.We then overheard her go into the kitchen speaking about us and was made to feel very uncomfortable. My boyfriend then went up to the bar to get drinks as we was put off ordering food and she was the same way again by taking a long time to even acknowledge him and then spoke to him with the same manner and asked for ID which again i appreciate and was fine that she could not serve us as my boyfriend had left his but her tone and attitude was very unwelcoming which made us feel so uncomfortable that we decided to leave.

Arrived at the car park in the dark and in the rain, and found it difficult to navigate - poor lighting and line markings. Very quick and friendly staff means I have yet to try the automatic check in also available here. Room is standard but very clean. Although next to railway line and very industrial the hotel is very quiet and comfortable. An early breakfast booked on arrival was quite standard: decent quality and good quantity, set me up for an early start. It should be easy to walk into Blackpool town but too late to try and had to leave too early.

Had a lovely stay here on our trip to Blackpool. Very nice hotel in a convienent location. Plenty of parking, and has a petrol station/shop close by. Room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Was checked in by Dave who was very friendly and helpful. A lovely stay, we will be back later in the year

Nice pleasant room. However be careful about booking a room under one of their family rooms as can be noisy. They have 3 at these and they are on the first floor. We had to ask to be moved to another room because of this.

As a regular traveller to Premier Inns around the county, you know what to expect when you visit one. This wasn't much different- comfy bed, modern and a nice place to stay. This hotel seems to be recently refurbished to the new Premier Inn standard and it's definitely welcomed. Comfy bed, great facilities and the TV works! Friendly staff. My concerns regard the room, as it was lovely and nice, but there were some stains we noticed on the duvet and the sheet, and the toilets did have a little bit of difficulty flushing! You could hear some noise from outside and upstairs, but this is out of the hotels control and I got a good night's sleep so I am not complaining! I loved the fact there was a USB charging port by the bed- most hotels I stay in that aren't premier inn don't have plugs or cables by the bed so this is incredibly useful. Breakfast was as expected from a premier inn, but the staff seemed much more friendly and welcoming! The pan au chocolates were ELITE Location wise, we went by foot which was a bit of a walk through an empty car park, but plenty of buses nearby with easy access to the promenade! It's probably better suited to people with cars. Would probably return.

Top stay as always very comfortable and friendly staff very handy for all the attractions I visit on my trip to Blackpool. Bed comfortable and room clean and nothing too much trouble for staff on duty. Will always use premier inn on my travels
