Granada Apartments

A lovely modern apartment with everything you need. Stayed this weekend in apartment 7. There were three of us and although it was tight space-wise, it didn't impact our stay. The apartment is located right beside the tram so it's easy to get about. There is parking at the back and front of the accommodation also. We had plenty of communication from the owners and the check in was easy once we got the code.

The apartment was spotless, and had everything we needed. Bed very comfortable. The little extras (tea, coffee & sugar) where great. Good location - opposite a tram stop. The apartment was quiet. The staff were friendly Would definitely stay here again

We stayed at Blackpool first time. The apartment is near the North Pier of Blackpool seaside. The apartment is lovely and had all kitchen equipment that you need to cook. The rooms are decorated beautiful. Has tv in each room. My kids loved lying down on bed and watching TV. You can stroll down the pier. Long walk upto the South pier fro. The apartment. On the mid and south pier is all the attractions. We went to the indoor Sandcastle water park, which was amazing and kids will love it of all ages. We visited the Lake District which was s beautiful day trip. And also we prayed at the Blackpool Mosque which was peaceful. I will recommend this apartment as we had nice sleep too.

We love our stay at hear staff was veryfriend and helpfull they would come round to see if we need anything and they was brilliant with my none verbal austim son they couldn't have dine anything different we had sea view room which was big nice lay out very clearn we will definitely be come back to stay

Such a great location. We went back in October and it was lovely, rooms were clean and tidy and very pretty. The location is wonderful and views are great. The staff were helpful and despite being a self catering apartment they regularly offered cleaning and refills on toiletries and coffee and tea. Had everything you could want or need. Parking was also directly outside and easy to park. Would like to give a special shout out to Gale ( sorry if i spelt your name wrong) who was incredibly helpful and lovely and was answering our calls even as late as 12 at night. Would stay again!

Everything was easy about staying here. Lots of correspondence and easy to get into the apartment with a door code apartment was exceptionally clean and nice and warm. We stayed in apartment seven and although the view wasn't very good that wasn't really the reason we booked this apartment.

Very clean, comfortable, warm and quiet parked on site f.o.c will be going back again without fail. Just the sighting of the TV in the living area but only place it could go. Not an issue as we didn't go to stay in and watch tv

The apartment was lovely, clean and well equipped. The parking and signposting was however horrendous and the following customer service even worse. We stayed overnight to prevent us being late for an early start at a show the next day. Sadly our car was blocked in the previous evening due to the poor parking arrangements, annoying as we had to pay for a tram to go out that night. The next morning we were again blocked in and we’re very late for our show! This means we basically wasted the money on staying over. Fed this back and the customer service team made a kind offer of compensation, great. Turns out the offer of compensation was only if we removed a very fair and factual review. I explained this was bribery yet they followed this up by confirming the illegal bribery in writing (I will be reporting) So all in all the offer of compensation wasn’t to compensate for the wasted stay but was to help them. Absolutely appalling and total crooks.

Amazing Apartment,Lovely and clean ,30 minute walk from town or you can get A tram just outside the apartments ,Parking cost £7.50 per day ,Also £200 security deposit.( Which was frozen as soon as we left ) Excellent Communication,Will 100% be Staying again ( as soon as possible) Thankyou ❤️
