Great hotel, nice view, we had a very comfortable stay!

One of the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Service, location, people, everything was perfect.

The scenery is picturesque, and people walk in the scenery. It is one of the hotels you must visit in your lifetime.

1. The guest rooms are old and the cloakroom has a very bad smell. The hotel puts incense to cover it up, which makes it even worse. Such guest rooms should not be sold, which damages the Mandarin Oriental brand. 2. 服務質量非常棒的酒店 早餐真的超級好吃，服務員會記住的用餐習慣和喜好，還有手寫的歡迎卡片，入住這裏體驗到了上帝的感覺，推薦大家一定要來體驗。而且環境安靜優美，遺世而獨立，矗立在湖邊。Como的美景盡收眼底。超讚。

風景美如畫！科莫湖正入窗景，美倫美奐。房間寬敞舒適，衞生很好！SPA水平很高。坐船環湖選擇上午，比較涼爽。餐廳衹能在室外，氣温好，當然臨湖絕佳，可熱的時候，就每人發一把扇子，哈哈。冰淇淋可以隨時要。泳池很有特色，是懸於湖水之上的，一但湖水湧動，泳池隨之而起。度假勝地。
