Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bloomington Reviews

附近沒有什麼商店好逛，房間另設有按摩浴缸，正，但沒有門或浴簾，又有梳化，地方算寬敞。如果去Bloomington玩，不建議入住。

I was able to be worked in for an early check in which was very helpful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and the pool area was clean as well. Breakfast was delicious and fresh.

There was no hot water at all.. We had to take cold/warm showers. Staff was rude. We travel a lot for work/sporting events. Will never use HolidayInn again.

Everything about this stay was amazing. From the excellent room to the customer service to the outstanding breakfast.

Hotel was without water for a short period. Water was back on when they said it would be.

Smells moldy/mildewy when you first enter the building. The lobby area seems like an old folks' home area. The rooms were decent (beds were comfy). The first elevator wasn't working properly (the buttons wouldn't light up but the doors closed) I had to press the open button various times before the doors opened and I exited and used waited to use the other elevator. The key cards are iffy (you had to swipe fast for it to work). The ice tray was dirty and had water in it (so I didn't use it). Opened the door to let guests in and a roach came in too (used a towel to kill it).

Nothing fancy but very clean. I loved that it had free parking and excellent free breakfast. Best breakfast I’ve had at any hotel!!

We have stayed there a few times while visiting family and it is always very clean and the staff are super friendly. It's not advertised, but they also have a hot tub that is quite nice. They have a good variety of food available for breakfast as well.

Very clean, but carpeting in room with a lot of stains. Decor needs updating. Bed very clean and comfortable. Spacious room. Spacious and clean bathroom.

The Holiday Inn staff before and during our stay were extremely helpful. We needed an accessible room with roll in shower and they guaranteed this in advance. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient during our stay.

Need better lighting. We appreciated the bedside lamps, but the wattage was too low.

Very clean, quiet, spacious, friendly, and great complimentary breakfast. Walk to lots Od dining next door.
