2 Wochen vor unserem Urlaub wurde unsdas Hotel einfach storniert, denn „ man hätte gerade gesehen , dass wir in der Woche die einzigen Gäste wären…“ Super unprofessionelle Planung… ob wir nicht umbuchen können? …. Und dann sollten wir auch noch selber stornieren, unseriös…. In der heutigen Zeit einfach unprofessionell. Da buchen wir nie wieder.

Zuerst das Negative: Ich musste bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen, weil man nur eine Balkontür ohne Rollladen zum Lüften hat. Bei -10°C kann man sie nicht einmal kippen, ohne "zu erfrieren". Im Bad hätte ich mir einen Vergrößerungsspiegel gewünscht. Der Aufenthaltsraum mit Bar soll laut Hotelinfo bis 22 Uhr geöffnet sein. Jedoch wurde uns, die am tollen offenen Feuer saßen, bereits um kurz nach 21 Uhr durch starke Reduzierung der Beleuchtung signalisiert, dass es jetzt Zeit zum Gehen wäre. Dennoch waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt - nur 4 Punkte zu geben wäre zu wenig. Frühstück und Abendessen (4-Gang-Menü) waren sehr lecker, das Personal war generell überaus freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Betten und die Matratze in Ordnung. Wir fanden einfach ein Wohlfühlambiente vor. Skikeller und Spa mit Sauna etc. haben wir nur angeschaut, sieht sehr gut aus. Das Gebotene für den Preis war top!
