Hotel was at the centre of attractions which was super convenient (but they can place you in diffirent buildings around the centre and still walking distance). Room was spacious, very neat and layout nicely. Booked a kitchenette and was equipped with microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, utensils, plates, cups, etc. Sink was with dish soap and sponge. Accessible balcony included with chairs outside to lounge, sliding doors and screen. Travelled alone but felt comfortable and safe. Great service, staff were nice and accomodating (needed to check out later than 1100 and asked for extension which they allowed just ask the night before leaving if its available, luggage storage accessible) .

We booked a 3 night stay at the Grand Georgian and had a wonderful time. We came the week before March Break and were lucky enough to feel like we had the village to ourselves. Check-in was easy and quick. Parking was convenient. Everything we needed was a minutes-walk away. The kitchenettes are well stocked (toaster, kettle, cutting boards, etc.). My son loved the hot tub(s!) and sauna. I wish the fitness room had free weights/dumbbells. The best meal from our stay was at Mother Tongue.

Great service, the check-in was efficient and quick. The gym and pool were adequate too.

I love the full kitchen room with dining room. We can cook and share moment. All the utensils and cooking sets are in good conditions. Definitely I will be back with my families.

The hotel's location is excellent. The room itself was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed. I was pleased with everything, aside from a minor issue with the check-in process; otherwise, it was perfect. A huge bonus was the hotel's hot spring pools – absolutely fantastic! I had brought some fruits and snacks, and it was so relaxing to use the cutlery provided by the hotel to enjoy them.

As a ski-focused resort town, the surrounding environment is excellent. The hotel itself is a bit older with average facilities, but it has a great atmosphere. If you're heading to Nanshan for skiing or want to experience a North American winter, this place is definitely worth recommending.
