Quality Inn Blythe I-10

I was quite disappointed with my stay. First, the hotel advertised an indoor pool and hot tub (pictures below is from their website)that simply didn’t exist, which was misleading. Second, the check-in process was very slow because the trainee at the front desk was unsure of the procedures. It took more than five minutes just to check in, and they ended up giving me the wrong directions to my room, which meant I had to walk all around the hotel to find it. Third, even though I requested a quiet room away from the freeway, I was woken up multiple times at night by noises outside. In the morning, I found garbage bins knocked over and trash all over the parking lot. Finally, I requested a wake-up call at 6 a.m., and it never came. Overall, not a great experience.

The room is smelly when I get in, very strong smell food. It is not that good.

It was mostly clean. The rooms seemed well kept, but there was some water damage next to the shower & the chairs were a bit old & stained. Now the bathroom in the lobby… that’s a different story. That was nasty. That’s why I took most of the stars down. The staff seemed nice enough & the breakfast was decent. I wish they had more protein options but it was the typical bed & quick breakfast spread.

Overall decent hotel. Bed was a little hard but that's just preference. Shower was kick ass for my mom (it was a walk in so no climbing for her), breakfast was decent, staff was really nice and we would stay again.

Ok for overnight stay. Bed comfortable room spacious. Staff courteous Hotel dated. No elevator Outside look not very appealing. Microwave/frig combined with bathroom sink which is awkward Had to manual reset tv to hdmi each time Coffee with morning breakfast like warm

I will dispute the charges for that awefull one night stay and possible charges for the 2day I canceled becausr of room air conditioning and poisoning bug kill treatment and a dirty clogged up toilet

could hear the traffic from the freeway all night long! Coffee in the morning was barely drinkable.

The shower pan was very dirty around the edges, also the windows was actually covered up with something so no natural light, additionally the cups for coffee were styrofoam. Would not recommend
