They truly went above and beyond—from welcoming us with a complimentary drink (and even offering free refills) to making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. When we mentioned our early morning flight and that we’d miss breakfast, they immediately offered to prepare one for us. The chef even came out to ask what we would like, creating a personalized breakfast tailored to our preferences. Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel itself is beautiful, with a stylish design and a relaxing atmosphere. The large pool is perfect for unwinding, everything is spotless and well-maintained, and the restaurant is also very nice. Overall, a fantastic stay made truly unforgettable by the outstanding staff."
