The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even remembered my birthday and sent me a lovely card and pastry. Everything went very well with this stay, and I will definitely return to this hotel next time I'm in the area!! A big thank-you!!

The hotel operates dishonestly — they couldn’t find my reservation when I checked in and refused to assist in verifying it while I was standing there. They also overcharged me by USD 820 for the booking but have neither refunded the amount nor cooperated with me to resolve the issue. The staff were rude and unprofessional.

The hotel service is good, but it's a bit old. There's a weird smell in the room. The price really doesn't match the hotel's facilities. I don't understand why hotels in this small city are so shabby and expensive! But the service is good, breakfast is okay, parking is convenient, and there are no other advantages.
