Everything was just amazing from location, food, rooms and the service were exceptional. Amazing view of the sunset.

The hotel experience was unsatisfactory, with substandard services from check-in to check-out. The reception staff was unhelpful, assigning a room that did not match the description, specifically regarding the corner view. Upon rejection, an alternative accessible room was offered, but its cleanliness was severely lacking. The room entrance consistently emitted unpleasant odors due to old items being stored in front of the door. The pool was not adequately maintained, leading to a 20-minute wait for valet service. Overall, the experience was exceptionally poor and overpriced. Furthermore, the bed provided was a double, not a king-sized as expected.

The Hotel is very nice and cozy. The manager Momo is very cool and top tier professional.

Fantastic staff. They are all very motivated doing their jobs apparently enjoying servicing customers. Special compliments to Deniz bey from the restaurant how he manages the team setting an example for his team. Needless to say special thanks to Azad Hanım and reception team who helped us to settle with a perfect check in as we arrived early. It is well worth the money we paid for. Thank you and hope to see you again soon.
