We came here because we wanted a different experience. This was the first time we tried Glamping and I didn’t want anything too challenging because we have small kids and elderly together with us. The tent was very interesting and spacious. However, it was weird that electric kettle Was not available in every room because I think it was very needed. It was stated that food and beverages from outside were not allowed, but I found several families bringing with them, rice cooker, grill and portable stove. This was annoying because we were looking forward for the Bonfire experience and this family was occupying the bonfire area and cook dinner and eating so we didn’t feel comfortable to stay around. Fortunately, there was another bonfire area that was lit and we could join that one. The trip was not perfect because we had read on the reviews and also watched videos and YouTube Saying that this hotel had an area for canoeing and the kids was very excited for that. But unfortunately, the area looked very unkempt and the canoe was not available anymore. Same goes for the ATV. My husband was looking forward to try the ATV adventure that he had seen Advertised on YouTube. But when we got there and asked the front office, the ATV adventure was also closed. So the only attractions that are still available, only the swimming pool and bonfire, nothing much, but all in all we were quite satisfied with the stay And we probably will look again in the future when we want to try relaxing from city life.

It's a nice place to get away from the city, the atmosphere is natural and the air is cool because there are many trees. In terms of location, it's a resort, but there are some things that need to be improved, such as service. For example, the wifi speed is very slow, you have to be prepared in this case. There is not much TV broadcasting, and a lot of black ants enter the room. It is not allowed to bring food from outside, but the taste of the food should be improved (not just expensive, but ordinary taste). Breakfast is only available until 10 o'clock, but after 10 o'clock, even if you order, the restaurant is unwilling to receive guests, with the excuse that it is only open from 6-10 am. What about people who want to eat after this time? There are only 3 plugs in the room (it is recommended to borrow or bring from home), the towels are not clean and broken, the breakfast standard (vermicelli is overcooked, the cups are not suitable (there are souvenir cups), the omelette was ordered but never came (the reason is that it was busy).

Feel at home staying 1 night at this ecolodge. - Those who want calm and silence, can't get it here. The material for the walls of the room is a kind of tarpaulin, so sounds from outside can be heard clearly. I am aware that this concept is 'glamping' or 'glamour camping' so don't expect the walls to be like a building. It's just that, right next to our room, there was construction going on, so you can imagine what the noise was like, from the sound of construction to the sound of the workers. Even when taking a shower and * sorry for defecating, the sound of the handyman next door is very clear, making it very uncomfortable. It was as if they also heard, because when my sister called me from her position on the bed and my position was on the toilet when I answered and chatted a little with my sister, the sound of the handyman was silent, who had been talking as if they were listening to our conversation. So it's not very private. - The path to the ecolodge, which is very dark at night. There was no explanation, when it was conveyed to the receptionist when checking out they only smiled and nodded. Actually all the staff are super friendly, only the hotel is lacking. - You are not allowed to bring food from outside, seen from the sign that is displayed from the entrance and also informed on the official Instagram account. It's quite funny, my experience is staying in 5-star hotels in the same class as Intercon**n***al, Hil**n, Raf*l**s, Shang**l*, I can receive food ordered via ojol and it can also be deposited at security. I thought maybe because this ecolodge has a coffee shop & restaurant for the public. But on second thought, star hotels also have restaurants and coffee shops, but that doesn't prohibit bringing food from outside. Amazed. - The main line from the ecolodge exit is closed. This point really disappointed me. Why didn't the hotel notify far before check out time that at 12 noon / at check out time, the main road in front of this ecolodge was being cast????? Highlighted, yes, at check out too! As a result, guest cars that were already at the CO piled up at the exit gate. It's complicated in the exit area, directed to an alternative road by the hotel, but it's very steep. Until a car gave up and came back, they said the car tires were just spinning in place because they were stuck on the ground. I am attaching this documentation. When the guests were queuing on the alternative route, we were all nervous. Please be worried, when the car is pushed up there are a lot of people because it is on a steep dirt track. How about an inn that claims "glamour" 4 stars "with a 5-star view at street prices" like that, don't give notice to the guests first. Those who wanted to relax felt refreshed when they came home, but when I checked out I became restless. Please management pay attention to things like this.
