Nice place run by 3 lovely ladies. Clean, quiet and secure. A little too secure. Getting in and out of the front door requires the unlocking of the door by one of the ladies, which is a little inconvenient. It must be said that they always responded within a couple of minutes. My room had no windows, and no extraction fan, which made it quite claustrophobic, but most rooms do have windows.

The reception is nice. The place is close to airport but a bit far from the central. It worth the price. The room is clean and bright.

The service of this hotel is really bad. I booked a room with a window, but the front desk directly gave me a room without a window, and I changed it after reminding me. The hotel's WiFi is divided into floors. I live on the second floor, but the password posted in the room and the one posted at the front desk are both wrong. After changing to the WiFi on the third floor, I connected. There was no external network connection for 40 minutes in an hour. . The rooms are very crowded, and the guests in the two rooms next to each other are making a lot of noise, reminding the hotel staff that they don't care at all. The most amazing thing is that I decided to stay in another hotel and only came back for breakfast. Then when I came back at 7 o'clock the next morning, I found that the waiter had taken the room away and sold it the night before! The chargers left in the room were taken directly to the front desk by them. I was shocked by the quality management of the hotel that was worse than the B&B. At that time, this hotel was because it scored more than four points on Ctrip, but now it seems that the reviews are all written by the navy. Everyone be careful!

Horrible place and location rooms not like shown. Administrator incredibly rude and disrespectful. I made a booking and spoke to him about it before doing so. Explained I had my dog with me so called to be sure when I showed up he told me there was a charge for $90 for the dog so I ask why didn’t he mention that over the phone he said it was my responsibility not his so tried to cancel the reservation but Orbitz wouldn’t let me so I called him
Back he said no worries I will cancel it on my end as a now show. Ofcourse he didn’t when I called to check he said it wasn’t his responsibility it mas mine he wasn’t going to do it not his problem. Careful this property is deceiving

Horrible customer service from the moment I got to the hotel the cleaning lady told me I wasn’t really welcome with my dog even though I spoke with the admin over the phone before making the reservation…. The admin offered me an early check in since I got to Bogota early however when I got there the room wasn’t ready either. Then they tried to charge me $90 for my pet for which at that point I decided to cancel. The app wouldn’t let me so when I spoke to the admin he said he will do it on his end and mark it as a now show. Next day he didn’t so I contact him again for which his response was: this is not my responsibility it’s yours and I’m not going to do this for you! A man of no integrity ofcourse and the owner over the phone was also very rude By the way but that’s another story. I think this hotel used to have good reviews but by all means avoid it!
