Staffs need training on how to talk and deal with its visitors. Most of the staff are not professional and cordial. They don’t know how to host valuable room guests.

Хороший отель рекомендую для отдыха, только не в выходные дни, все слышно, не спали всю ночь , раза 3-4 ходили на ресепшен чтоб разобрались
Территория красивая, большая, есть активности
Завтрак понравился, очень разнообразный-шведский стол
Вертолет летает по особым дням, надо уточнять, нам не удалось полетать , хотя за этим ехали

Отель себя демонстрирует как 5 звёзд, но когда приехали на двух гостей по одному полотенцу, халатов не было, воды горячей не было. После того как объяснили персоналу, что если отель 5 звёзд должно быть 5 полотенец и халат на каждого гостя ( для ног, для лица, для головы, для тела и для рук). Завтрак скудный даже сыров никаких не было, фен в ванной не очень. В отеле для гостей вечером особо нет развлечений. Зашли на территори в бар это вообще закуренный треш из серии красных фонарей, мы сразу от туда выбежали, хотя на вывески было написано гриль бар. Ужас! В ресторане все окна закрыты сидишь как в подвале. Днём фонтаны не работают. Хотели взять в аренду вертолет, но его сказали нет, хотя написано, что есть такая возможность. Сам отель чистый и номера вполне симпатичные и чистые, в кофе шоп очень понравилсись а-ля китайские пельмени из рисовой муки и кофе, вообще там еда вкуснее чем в ресторане. Вернуться в этот отель не хочется, в общем поездка на один раз.

Отель нам понравился. Номера, конечно, не новые, но бельё чистое и приятное. Стоимость номера немного завышена. Наш номер выходил на нижний бассейн, были слышны шумы, когда в городе играла музыка, но в целом довольно тихо. Завтраки в отеле обычные, но их хватает, чтобы наесться.
В отеле есть два бассейна: один с видом на Богру, другой — ниже, и там, и там можно расслабиться и позагорать. Также в отеле и рядом есть кофейни с очень вкусными тортиками. Можно покататься на тандеме (100 така), лодочке (200 така) или на колесе обозрения (100 така). Рядом находится аквапарк, который тоже стоит посетить для весёлого время препровождения.
Вечером можно прогуляться, покататься на качелях и сделать фотографии, так как в отеле включаются красивые огоньки. Мы два раза ужинали в кафе-гриль, пицца была неплохой, слегка островатой, но очень вкусными показались курица и наан с орешками.
Также есть возможность покататься на вертолёте — стоимость и время можно уточнить на ресепшен.

В общем впечатления приятное. Мы катались на лодочках и вертолёте. На территории чисто,красиво есть где прогуляться.
Первый минус: очень часто ночью отключают свет и кондиционер который висит прямо над головой (в нашем номере было так… кто додумался🤦🏻♀️) гудит, щёлкает и т.д. свет то и дело включается и выключается… Короче, это были одни из худших ночей.
Второй минус: такая большая территория и на ней нет ресторана, а шведский стол за 1800 така на человека, такое себе мероприятие.
