This hotel was an absolute delightful surprise! The price was great, and the cleanliness, both in public areas and the rooms, was impeccable – definitely better than any All Seasons hotel I've stayed at in China. The staff's enthusiasm gets 5 stars, as does the decor's tastefulness. The cleanliness is perfect, with no strange odors, making it a top choice for anyone with germophobia. It's a newly opened hotel, and everyone clearly puts their heart into running it. Having breakfast delivered to the room was a fantastic bonus. The owner is incredibly warm and generous. The only minor point is that it's quiet, but getting around by motorbike or taxi is still convenient.

The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. It was also quite quiet both day and night. The swimming pool is reasonably large and very clean. However, it's a bit far from the main shopping district, and a taxi ride costs around 50 RMB round trip. Also, their food leaves a lot to be desired—the one point I deducted was entirely because of the dining experience. The food seems to be prepared by local chefs and is way too sweet; after a couple of bites, you get sick of it, which forces you to go into the city to eat. If they could improve their food and beverage offerings, it would be much better.

The staff were warm, friendly, and kind. The room was clean and hygienic. When our child wasn't feeling well, they actively showed concern and offered us a lot of help.

Incredible resort, only newly opened! In a very quaint, quiet area about 10 min bike ride to Alona. Breakfast was good, rooms were amazing, very modern and there is such a nice vibe and atmosphere there, especially if you're looking for some quiet time. Staff are wonderful too. Will come back again. Highly recommended! Thanks guys! Rory

Was able to stay at the hotel before it officially opened so I understand there's some growing pains. Not all of the rooms were completed, and the room we stayed in should have an outdoor shower which would be a nice touch. The hotel was inconsistent with many things such as not having hot water for the last day and a half of our stay. The room we selected originally wasn't given to us. When the staff said they would change our room and move our bags we thought no problem. We left the hotel and came back 5 hours later and nothing had been moved. I had to ask staff to open the other room and move them myself. Just little things such as this takes away from the hotel. Getting to and from the hotel you bed a scooter. That's something else the hotel should have setup. The hotel is brand new with nice amenities. The staff is very friendly, and if you like cats there's two small kittens and a puppy walking around that is very friendly. I would stay here again, but the hotel needs to work on a couple of things.
