Very warm welcome and listening to the customer. I highly recommend this hotel to others.

Very good stay

Another enjoyable stay at the Residhome Monceau. The rooms are reasonably priced and value for money. Staff are friendly and professional. Parking is available in the local shopping car park. The hotel is located in a lovely area, with plenty restaurants within walking distance. There is a lovely local park next to the hotel, and reaching central Paris is easy, either by bus or train.

I didnt like the fact that the room was just not very clean. The hotel smelled in the hallways...and the cleaning crew did not come one day...

Price performance a bit too high, but obviously normal for France.

Air conditioning, parquet floors, comfortable bed, good shower, refrigerator, stove and microwave. All the essentials. Very happy with my stay. I will stay there again.

Short business trip - great option for businesses or leisure, clean, fairly comfortable and close from railway station or bus stations. Around, lots of restaurants, groceries shops etc...so overall very convenient location.

Some studios offer a balcony which is very pleasant, but overall, the structure needs refreshing and better maintenance. Pleasant breakfast, but the tables are too close to each other and there is a lack of space Cold and distant welcome

Well located on the edge of the pedestrian zone. Comfortable room and good bedding. Decent breakfast.

Pb with the obligatory bath shower head otherwise no other problem

The only positive point of this establishment is its proximity to the office during business trips. But the welcome is impersonal and the breakfast quite poor. Room without any frills and without any charm.

1st bedroom, electricity does not work, second replacement bedroom, I realize in the morning that the shower does not work. That's a lot for a night of transit.
