Just got here. They accommodated changing my check-in date since I came in late due to the terrible weather. (Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Idaho stretch). Was here just in time for breakfast.

This hotel was a big let down. Both beds had stains and hair on the sheets. The smoke detector was ripped out the ceiling. The carpet was stained in multiple spots. Then I got spoiled yogurt for breakfast. Would not recommend. I'm still waiting to hear back from the manager that never seems to be there.

Needs updated really bad. Bathroom needs alot of attention. Caulking needs done around tub. Carpets need cleaned just needs some maintance touch ups. Ran down from the last we stayed.

The staff at the front desk was great! They were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and in good condition. The breakfast was great and they had quite a few options.

All the staff we came in contact with were tremendous. They genuinely cared about our comfort, stay, safety and how they did their work.
The rooms are a little tired. We had a pet room and the carpets were in need of cleaning. We don't understand why pet friendly hotels have carpet at instead of tile or vinyl.

I had prepaid and booked a room. I had even confirmed it, because my flight came in so late. I called , I could never get a shuttle ride and they said I didn’t have a reservation.
It was beyond frustrating, I ended paying for another room at a different hotel.
