Can't say anything bad about these apartments, we stayed in 2 different ones on 2 different occasions and we just found a modern, good looking and cozy apartments. Thanks for everything!

I would not stay there again. There are a few reasons for this. Firstly the person from Studio Vita who replies to messages on WhatsApp is very abrupt. When we ask a question there was always a stern or slightly short/aggressive reply. Eg.Where is the most affordable or convenient place to park please? Reply-"Look at your reservation". Come on. You are in the customer service industry and your wages and the success of your bookings comes down to the customer experience. No bookings, no job. Be a bit more pleasant. When I confronted them about the multiple times they were less than pleasant, they commented that they are really busy managing 52 properties. The second reason, if you are a light sleeper, do not stay here. You can hear everything. People upstairs banging and moving tables and chairs, people in the stairwell is like an amphitheatre, banging and closing of multiple apartment doors all night long and the bar underneath. I personally didn't get to sleep until after 1:30 but that could just be me. The apartment itself is well appointed with everything you could need and the bed is quite comfortable. The main advantage is that you are in the thick of the city with everything close by.

One of our favourite stays in Europe! Residence Studio Vita - Studio Apartment was absolutely charming and full of character. The apartment was so cute, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved all the facilities provided, and it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the shared terrace — such a special place to relax in the afternoons with an aperitif and snacks while looking out over the beautiful terracotta rooftops. Listening to the nonnas chatting away in Italian below made the whole experience feel so authentic and memorable. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to everything, making it so convenient to explore the city. We absolutely loved our stay here and would return in a heartbeat!

The only problem was there were no blackout drapes in the bedrooms. It was very bright all night long.

Perfect location, within minutes walk to the city center and historic sights. Check in was smooth and we were given helpful tips on local restaurants, tourist attractions etc. Apartment was clean and well appointed with the basic amenities like towels, kitchen utensils, salt/pepper/coffee etc. The only quibble I have is there was cigarette smoke smell in the one bedroom and the adjacent bathroom. Could have been from outside smokers but we did have all windows closed so I don’t know why that should have happened.

Excellent location, very spacious and nice apartment. Easy check in and check out.

Location is close to major city attractions, restaurants, stores and public transportation. Our apartment was clean with all the basic things we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The value snd space were good compared to other accomodations around the area. The building has elevator but there were still several steps to take to get to our apartment which could be a challenge to those with heavy luggages and mobity issues. All in all we had a good stay and recommends it.

Great simple apartment for our stay in Bologna. Had the basic amentities as well as a washing machine and AC. It was really also centrally located allowing us to explore the city by foot. Really appreciated the guy who checked us in and gave us great recommendations for food and drinks. We are sorry for asking about spaghetti bolognese - we will make sure our friends and family know it is taglietelle al ragu so that they do not embarrass themselves 😉
