The building is a historic place and consists of apartments. It has everything you would expect in a home and is clean and tidy. In terms of location, it's in a very good spot in the center of Bologna.

Check-in was a little bumpy, but overall it was very good, with a good location, a large room, a large terrace with a whirlpool bathtub, and a massage shower head in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can cook your own meals. Luggage storage is available.

The falegnami has a fantastic location, there are shops & restaurants on the same street and some right across from the apartment making everything within a 5 minute walk. The rooms are also very spacious and clean and certainly more than enough, especially if your only staying. We never had any problems with noise and there whatsapp chat are always there ready to help whenever needed, a fantastic apartment in a great part of Bologna, worth every penny, thankyou for a great stay!

This was the most amazing place we’ve ever stayed at, everything from the location to the room was incredible and luxurious. We are definitely going to book this again for our next visit to bologna! This apartment was better than we could imagine and we miss it already… the shower was amazing!

Perfectly located for easy walking to most attractions and close to Garibaldi statue cab rank. Fully fitted incl washing mc and spotlessly clean. Would advise attention to check in detail, incl pay city tax in advance as no reception. I’ll Moro Restaurant across road is great. All round a good experience. Cheers J

Great place. We stayed for two weeks in the King suite which had everything one would want, including elevator, bathtub, full kitchen, washing machine. The management staff is available and responsive. Ten minute walk to train station for day trips and ten minutes to the main square. Cafe connected to building, two restaurants across the street and a superb restaurant (L'Arcimboldo) a block away. They even offered complimentary cleanings.
